We apply over 20 years of experience in designing and building websites and mobile apps. In other words, we get to save the earth with the Internet.

We’re parents first, so we want to do everything we can to leave a better world for our children.

We’re saving the earth here, so we do it the right way or not at all. With every project, it can be a challenge to try new things for your business. Here’s what we’ll need from you:

We believe that anything is possible with the right amount of work. We love doing what we do and good vibes are infectious. We ask that you keep an open mind with us.

Open to Adventure

Think of us as your guide. We’ll help you reach the top of the mountain with our experience, tools, and skills. However, change is never easy and we encourage you to be open to the process. We’re never more than an email or slack message away.

Curiousity

We don’t know everything, and that’s great. Our first step is to learn about you—what are your dreams and values, and how can we ensure your users benefit from them? Our mission is to make sure you don’t blend in with the pack; Let’s make you a winner, baby.

Guts and Conviction

It takes determination to be a leader so we ask that you care as much as we do. The difference between an average site and a great one is personality and authenticity. Don’t hold back to meet your users where they are, show them how great they can be.

: Maybe! I always have a few projects open to me, so if you think you align with the RGW message and are into hard work, reach out.
: You never know! I'm currently loving learning how to build a business, so I'm not actively looking for a full time gig. However, I'm always open to the right opportunity that allows me to continue to learn and grow. I value my autonomy and prefer to be working, instead of being managed or in meetings.
: Yes. I have no plans to move or visit the US anytime soon. Y'all have some great people, but I'm not into the politics. If you ever want to move to Canada, let me know and I'll pick you up from the airport.
: I’m a firm believer that everything is better when it’s authentic. I would never ask someone pursuing creativity to temper who they are, so I do what I can to make others feel comfortable being themselves. Just ask me to tone in down if it’s not your cup of tea. Respect is paramount.
: Been there, done that. The culture and politics present in a large company doesn't vibe with my, "do great work" mantra. I'm an entrepreneur in spirit so I'd rather be as close to the action as possible and not be distracted by worrying about bureaucracy and ladder climbing.
